Early Childhood Family Resources
Grace Fellowship Church Kids’ Horizons wants to partner with your family on the adventure of raising up a new generation of Christ-followers. We believe pursuing relationships with one another is vital to the Christian life. Grace Fellowship Church seeks to engage the body of Christ with one another through large group and small group ministry experiences and service that will grow our faith so that we might reach the world with the love and truth of Jesus…building a community to reach a community. From toddler ministry on, we want to help nurture the building of those important relationships with leaders and with peers that will strengthen and sharpen kids as they grow.
Big Questions from Little Ones– Early childhood is a time of wonder and your little one may very well begin to express some faith ponderings in their preschool years. We encourage families to seek God’s truth through personal prayer, time in His word, and connection with other believers. We also hope the weekly and monthly resources mentioned below will help support and equip you for growing faith conversations with your kids. We look forward to coming alongside you as a cheerleader and ministry partner as your family grows in faith!
Parent Resources
Infants & Toddlers
- Caring for the needs of little ones during their first year of life also includes very special moments when you can begin to spiritually connect you’re your little one. Through simple faith practices like prayer and song, you can invite God’s presence into the daily stuff. You can pick up a Parent Time monthly guide for parents at the nursery check-in counter.
Preschoolers
- These handy monthly resources help your family connect with what your kids learn in Kids’ Horizons each week of the month. Small Talk cards are a great guide for helping take the lesson further during regular family times. You can pick them up at the preschool check-in kiosks.
- Preschool Take-Home Project and Monthly Memory Verse card-Each Sunday morning, there is one small group activity that allow little ones to create a hands-on project to serve as a “talking point” helping them “take-home” the week’s lesson and review and repeat it with you. This project always includes the monthly bible memory verse that you can practice together as a family. You can find the Monthly Memory Verse card (with motions guide) available for pick-up at the preschool check-in area.
